My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room had a jacuzzi bath and shower, but it was a bit too warm for my liking, so I opted for room service instead. The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk to the efficient restaurant staff and even the daytime security guard. The location was stunning, overlooking a wooded valley with a monastery and up to the volcanoes of the Andes. However, being in the flight path for the airport was a drawback. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good breakfast options and Indonesian dishes available. The facilities were well-equipped, with a gym, small sauna, and clean rooms always maintained.
